Why did he pour that coke into a cat bowl?
Probably the same reason he put the cat in the fridge...to make a dumbass
like yourself ask a stupid question.
'Cuz kitty's a coke fiend!
what a smarmy voice you have cat man dew
I saw this on myth busters a while ago, they didn't have the cat in the fridge though, nice touch. Will it also work to put some mice on ice for kitty?
why couldnt you just put the ice from the bowl into your cup....
Note: Not ALL of that coke was at 43 F. Without mixing, it had significantly warmer portions (toward the center of the can). If it had cooled enough so that the whole can would be at 43 F, it would have fizzed over when opened. Sorry.
Those who are saying this doesn't work, it does. I've known about it for awhile, and always done it at parties when all the chilled beer is gone.
And for those who ask "why not just use ice?" -- do YOU like ice in your beer? Didn't think so.
baller. the cat rocked as well.
What's...with...the...cat...?
:*)
why... why couldn't he just use the ice? it would take less (!) than 2 minutes to cool the coke if he put it in his glass..?
They also didn't put the ice into the glass because salt was used.
It's also best to rinse off the soda or drink after doing this.
This doesn't really make much sense. Yes, salt would reduce the freezing point of the water, but that doesn't matter. There's no way that mixture would drop below 0 degrees in the first place, so super-cooling it with freezing point depression (via adding the salt) seems like a waste of time. I'd imagine you'd just mix it in the ice/water mixture for the same result.
